The SCRIP Program is back and allows you to purchase gift cards that give money back to support the Level Creek PTA programs. The concept is very simple. Think about your week or month. Where will you shop? Where will you eat out? Does the car need gas? Who has a birthday party coming up? What groceries do you need?

On the form next to each gift card is a percentage in parenthesis. This is the amount that our school will receive back as a profit from the vendor for that gift card. Check off the gift card you wish to order, add up the amount for the total gift cards purchased, write a check for the total amount and on the designated pick-up days, pick up your gift cards.

You may also have your cards sent home in your child’s folder by signing the waiver at the bottom of the order form.

Can you imagine how much money can be raised for Level Creek with Scrip card purchases by you and all the other families in the school? The profits will add up with each SCRIP purchase.

DIRECTIONS FOR ORDERING

Choose the cards you would like to order.  Fill out the Quantity and Total for each card and then add up totals for all cards ordered.  Decide if you will pickup your order or sign the “Send Home with Student” disclaimer on the backside of the order form.  In an envelope, please send in to the teacher or drop off at the main office, the order form and money (cash is accepted but checks are preferred - make checks payable to Level Creek PTA).  You only need to send in one order form per family. CORPORATE PURCHASES

Corporate purchases may be made in other denominations not listed on the Order form, such as Kroger for $10 or $15 each. If you would like to make a Corporate purchase please contact Shawanda Burney to discuss details.

Cascading Gift Card Holders


Need something to hold all those gift cards? 

Each folder is 3.6 in. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do the cards have Expiration Dates and/or Dormancy Fees?

Some cards will have an expiration date written on them. Most cards have at least two years before expiration. More companies are eliminating expiration dates and dormancy fees from their cards. If there is a dormancy fee, then a set dollar amount will be deducted from the card balance each month (i.e. $1.50 or more) after a certain amount of months of non-use.  This amount will be deducted each month until the balance is zero.  When the card is once again used, the time period for dormancy will be restarted.  In some cases the fee may be retroactive to the original activation date.

What to do when the cashier says there is no balance on the card.

Always check the toll-free number on the back of all gift cards for balances of gift cards.  Most gift cards offer a toll free number or a website that can give you the complete history of the card and solve the reason why the card may not be operating properly.
