Join Our PTA
In addition to the business partner benefits that PTA membership carries, you are supporting the programs and opportunities the PTA provides for all children at Level Creek. Last year our membership numbers dropped to fewer than 500, down 30% from the previous year. With over 1000 students, we have the potential to grow strong again. We encourage at least one member from each household to join PTA to show your support of enhancing your child’s education and building a foundation for advocacy at the state and national levels.
VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION: ARTS IN EDUCATION
The PTA Arts in Education Committee exists to provide all Level Creek Elementary School students with educational enrichment opportunities throughout the year. Special performances of music, art, and drama will be presented during the year. A voluntary contribution for the specific support of the Arts in Education program can be included with this form. Please indicate the amount of your contribution in the table below.
Please include a valid email account and phone number in your Paypal information. The PTA is required to ask for this information under IRS regulations. Membership lists are not released to secondary parties.
